Material IntroductionLasenic® CPVC Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride(CPVC) is made from PVC chlorinated by chlorine gas in solvent surrounding . It can offer good electrical insulation, thermoplasticity and membrane forming capacity, chemical stability, resist corrosion and water, dissolved in acetone, hydrochloric ether, arene, ester and some alcohol.
CPVC shares most of the features and properties of its close relative, PVC. It is also readily workable, including machining, welding, and forming. Because of its excellent corrosion resistance at elevated temperatures, CPVC is ideally suited for self-supporting constructions where temperatures up to 200°F (93°C) are present. The ability to bend, shape, and weld CPVC enables its use in a wide variety of process applications including tanks, scrubbers, and ventilation systems.

Injection Parts: water pipe fittings, filter material, dehydration machine, electrical and electronic components. Such as wire slot, the layer of conductor protection, power switch, fuse protection covers, cable insulation materials.
Rolled sheet: used to manufacture chemical resistance products, corrosion-resistant chemical equipment such as reactors, valves, electrolyzer etc.
Composite materials: some composite material constituted by CPVC and inorganic or organic fiber are giving good impact resistance, heat resistance, temperature resistance better than other composite resin material that can be made of sheet, pipe, corrugated board, profile and so on.
Through improved production technology produced higher impact resistance and higher transparency CPVC, can be used in cars, compact disc, audio and video products.
